CALL FORWARDING Permits the customer to forward incoming calls automatically to another station.
CALL WAITING Permits a customer, who is already engaged in a telephone conversation, to be informed of another incoming call.
THREE-WAY CALLING Permits a customer to add a third party to an existing connection, thereby establishing a three-way conference call.
SPEED CALLING Provides for the calling of a 10 digit telephone number by dialing an abbreviated code. Two arrangements are available, an 8 number capacity and a 30 number capacity.
CALL TRANSFER Permits a customer to transfer an established call to another directory number.
ALERT LINE Provides a signaling arrangement whereby a predetermined telephone number will be automatically dialed when the customers telephone is off the hook and no digits are dialed within 15 to 20 seconds.
CALL HOLD Allows a subscriber to put any call in progress on hold.
DO NOT DISTURB This feature allows a station user to prevent incoming calls reaching their station.
TELEMARKETING DO NOT DISTURB This feature allows a station user to prevent incoming calls from telemarketers.
REPEAT DIALING Automatically redials the busy line and performs a call set-up when both the originating and terminating lines become idle. *66
CALL RETURN Enables a customer to return the last incoming call, whether or not it was answered. *69
CALLER ID allows the customer to view the telephone number of the calling party when receiving a telephone call. The telephone number and name of the calling party is displayed on a customer-provided device. However, the calling party may subscribe to Subscription Per Line Blocking which will prevent the disclosure of their telephone number. Call our office for more information on line blocking.
CALL SCREENING Provides the customer with a method of blocking calls through a screening list of up to twelve phone numbers.
SPECIAL CALL ACCEPTANCE Provides the customer with a method to accept calls from certain numbers only.
TOLL CONTROL WITH PIN Allows a customer to control the origination of a toll call from their telephone by means of a personal identification number (PIN). A subscribers line would be denied toll origination without the use of the PIN.
